  • Pesticides
    • Pesticide #1 (from Rich Franklin)
      • 1 gallon of water
      • 1 pint of Isopropyl alcohol
      • 1 pint of Formula 409
      • Mix these together and use as a spray
    • Pesticide #2 (From Joe Portnoy)
      • 1 gallon of water
      • 2 ounces lemon ammonia
      • 2 ounces dish soap
      • Mix together and spray plants periodically or when you see bugs
  • Fungicides
    • Fungicide #1
      • 2 liter bottle of clear soda (7up or Sprite)
      • 5 oz. Listerine mouthwash
      • Mix together (and presumably you spray this on the plants)
    • Fungicide #2 (heard of this one in several places and in articles for black rot on leaves and roots
      • Cut the black back with a razor blade until you see all green tissue
      • Sprinkle the open wound liberally with cinnamon
